Kanye West becomes richest black man in America

 

Kanye West is now worth $ 6.6 billion right now! Which makes him the richest black man in American history! 

 

The 43-year-old rapper's sneakers and apparel business  now backed by Adidas AG and Gap Inc. - is valued at $ 3.2 billion to $ 4.7 billion by UBS Group AG, according to Bloomberg. 

A report released by the outlet on Wednesday, March 17, found that West's total value had skyrocketed to $ 6.6 billion.

According to Bloomberg, the upcoming Yeezy and Gap collaboration  slated to hit stores this summer - could be worth up to $ 970 million of that total.

" In addition to having $ 1.7 billion with other assets, "Ye has $ 110 million in his music catalog and $ 122 million in cash." 

News of Kanye's worth comes days after his 22nd Grammy win for Best Contemporary Christian Music Album for his album Jesus Is King.
